Dacabots Educational Learning Program Review

I received a free month beta trial of www.dacobots.com in exchange for an honest review. This is a really fun website for Kindergarten through sixth grade. I have been using it with my 3.5 year old boy though and he loves it.  It focuses on Science, Health, Math Language, Art, and History. Many different games to choose from. He has been playing games that match pairs, buy products in a store, problem solve, use numbers... Since he is young still, I have him point to things and tell me what he wants me to do and then I use the mouse for him on the computer. This is also available on tablets, but I am supposed to focus on desktop for this review. Most of the games he was able to figure out what to do with them and I could  tell he was thinking through things because sometimes he got it and sometimes he would pause and then give me an answer. Games definitely make the kids think. I did try some of the upper grade games and you do need to be paying attention in order to accomplish the outcome. The theme of the program is robots, so each game has a robot that accompanies you to the portal and gives you instructions and talks you through game if child is confused.  Before you play a game, you can see the objectives and the age level. If game is completed, a check mark goes by it and child wins a special card and points. One of the game examples that my lil guy likes to play with is you have to dress the cricket to go outside in the weather. Child goes in closet and picks out correct clothing for the weather outside the window.  Lots of sound effects and music to go along with games and you can turn it off if you don't want it.
