The digihandy Ultrasonic Pest Repeller

I received the #digihandy 5 in 1 Ultrasonic Pest Repeller for free in exchange for my honest opinion.  This is a cool little device because it has a night light on it, but also helps keep cockroaches, water bugs, earwigs, rats, crickets, fleas, ticks, scorpions, silverfish, centipedes, spiders, ants, mites, bed bugs, mice, bats, squirrels, and raccoons out of you house or living area.  It sends off a vibrawave through your walls up to 5000 square feet that is supposed to keep these critters out of the walls. 5000 square feet covers a lot of area.  I am using mine in my basement, so it will cover the whole thing.  I made sure I plugged it into an outlet that isn't blocked by anything or the ultrasonic alarm won't be able to function.  You aren't supposed to be able to hear any sound. I did put my ear near it just to see and did hear an occasional very tiny beep, but don't hear anything if I am not near it. It also gives off ionic air purification to clean the area where these little guys come in. Cool feature. The cheap ones I have bought from other stores, don't have that feature. If you are going to use it in one room, it says you will need more than one for the other rooms because it can't travel through the walls. Very easy to plug in and read the light indicators. So far, so good. No little critters.

I received the Travelsafer Tire Gauge for a large discount in exchange for my honest opinion.  I found that this tire gauge is very helpful during day and especially at night because it lights up.  There is a blue digital screen that comes on when you press a button that will give you the psi air level of your tire. There are other options too like bar and kgf that I am not sure what they are. Maybe another countries way of measuring the air level? So I only use the psi reading.  Very easy to see when holding the handle. You do have to sit on the correct side of the tire though or the gauge won't connect to the air hole.  The hub cap is in the way on one side.  It is very easy to grip  and when you line it up on the right side of the tire, very easy to use.  It took me a couple times to get the gauge on the air hole correctly because the air kept leaking out. The directions say to press firmly and that seemed to correct the problem I was having.  Make sure you line it up right too or air will leak.  Not the gauge's issue, just me not doing it right.  I tried this tire gauge on our car tire, but it can also be used on a bicycle and motorcycle.  It runs on a 3v lithium battery and is made out of plastic. Kids got a hold of it and started banging it around a little and it held up! Oh and it is very light weight.

Cuisine Parfaite Jar Lid/ Can Opener Review :) Works great!

I received the jar lid/cap opener set from Cuisine Parfait at a discount in exchange for an honest review. I have very weak hands when opening up food containers, so this has been very helpful, especially when the hubby isn't around to help me open up a jar. This set comes with two openers and they have many ways of opening everything. The green one, has 4 different sizes that grip the jar lid and then when you squeeze the lid and twist, it pops it right open. Just make sure you line it up correctly or it can slip. The length of the handle gives good leverage and you don't have to squeeze very hard to turn it. The other opener is also very easy to use and has several ways of using it. You can pop the tops on tin cans and pop cans and also twist off pop bottle caps. If you have issues with opening bottles or have pain in your hands, I would recommend trying this opener set. This set really helped me out.

I really enjoyed reading Incidental Hero. I received this thriller for free in exchange for an honest review. I had never heard of the author before, but definitely will be looking into his other books. This book mixes technology with romance and mystery. Very thrilling plot. Kept me reading and wanting to know what was going to happen next. Well thought out because I wasn't able to figure things out along the way and put a conclusion together until the end. There is a some adult language and mature content in this, so would advise parents to review before younger readers take a look. I was able to connect well with the main character Tom, and felt the emotional ups and downs of what he was going through. If you are a techie or like government, spy type stories, this is for you. Would recommend reading along if you like solving a good mystery. Kept me on the edge the whole way. :) #IncidentalHero Here is a link to follow: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M7RC4PV

I received a non slip bath mat for free from #luxyhome in exchange for an honest review.  It is 16X28 in, so it fits nicely into my average size bath tub.  The white color brightens up the tub and has a pretty design on it.  While using the mat, I don't slip while walking on it, which is very important. The suction cups are also working fine sticking to our textured bath tub floor.  I like the soft feel of walking on it, but every once in a while,  I feel like the suction cups are poking through on my feet and bothering them.  I don't do well with textures though, so it may not bother others. Husband hasn't complained. Can't comment yet on color fastness or if it will get mildew because I haven't used it long enough, but it says it is anti bacterial and can be washed in the washing machine, which are two things I was specifically looking for.  Other ones I have gotten get so nasty, so quickly. Really like my new bath mat so far!!! :)

XEICOBB 5 Spray Setting Chrome Shower Head Review

I received a Chrome 5 Setting Shower Head with shower arm hook up from #xeiccob for free in exchange for an honest review. Liked our previous shower head, but was looking for one that is supposed to use less water and has lots of pressure because of our well water. Definitely have tons of pressure on all 5 settings and it does give a feeling of a massage while using. My hair seems softer and fluffier. It is supposed to only use up to 10,000 gallons of water. I feel like this one is sending out more water than my previous one though, so not sure if that solved my problem. Love the pressure though. We only installed the shower head because there was already an arm connected to wall, so can't comment on that piece. So far no leaks and it feels great. Very easy to move sliding piece around shower head to change to the spray setting to what you want. One of the settings was stinging my face, so a little bit powerful for me, but someone else may like that. It is supposed to help lessen the amount of chemicals and minerals coming through and we definitely get a sulfur taste and smell sometimes in our water, so, so far it seems to be working. I also didn't notice as much of a salt taste coming through from our water softener. I like that it is shiny and a pretty looking shower head for the bathroom to give an elegant look. Can't comment on anti clogging holes yet because haven't used it long enough, so make sure to ask down the road if you are thinking about purchasing.

I received the Micrite 3D All Use Eye Cream for free to try out from Swiss Vita in exchange for an unbiased review.  This is a paraben, alcohol, fragrance, and pigment free product.  I have sensitive facial skin, so this is a plus.  I want you to know that when I started using this eye cream, I didn't use any other eye product during the 2 and half week trial that I was testing it. I made sure I put it on in the morning, but many times forgot to put it on at night, which you are supposed to do both. When using it, just put a little amount on finger to apply under the eye.  Pat it around beneath eye, but don't pull cream along skin because it can form a line. It will be a little sticky, but dissolves quickly. The cream is supposed to help hydrate skin, limit wrinkles, and help with dark circles under eyes.  I found within the first week, my skin looked smooth, clear, and shiny.  The dark circles did start going away, but even at two weeks, still had some near the nose area. I would say it is helping though.  It does look like from my before picture I had a wrinkle that isn't visible in the after picture.  I don't tend to have too many wrinkles though yet.  When my skin is in the elements though during winter or if I have been in the DR for a while, the sun does affect my skin, and eye creams do help take away the aging look on my face. Small tube, but gives you a lot to use for a long period of time.  Cap is easy to take on and off and squeezes easily to get out a small amount of gel. This is made in Taiwan, for those of you that want products made in the USA. Like this cream so far.
