;), but my husband did. He said that they veggie capsules were easy to swallow and didn't mind the mild taste. Kind of like a green tea flavor. It also didn't upset his stomach while taking. You can take two capsules with a meal. These vitamins contain all the vitamins and nutrients needed to act as a extra supplement to your food and drinks. There are also three blends that help with male support, energy/antioxidant, and an immune blend. I would recommend the company puts a child proof cap on bottle because my little ones could easily get into them. They are ok for 18 years and older. These vitamins are made in the USA and are non GMO, but are not organic.
